The following grid levels are available for the Unstructured grid family 2.1:

2.1.A
2.1.B
2.1.C
2.1.D

... in order from coarsest to finest.
These grids are smoothed (postprocessed) versions of grids 1.1.A, 1.1.B, 1.1.C, and 1.1.D.
