Grids for the following CRM-HL configurations are available for Structured Overset grid series 4 from NASA:

4-Config_CRM-HL_40-37_Nominal

This contains grid 4.A, which is based on grid 3.A, with the sole change that its
first off-wall spacing has been reduced to target of y+=1.0.

NOTE THAT THESE GRIDS HAVE BEEN CREATED IN METERS, NOT INCHES.
