On Feb 9, 2010, the CGNS version of the grid (.cgns)
was replaced by a new file.  The original CGNS file
was not in error, but it had one-to-one connectivity
Transform values whose "unused" or superfluous element
was always positive, even when the connecting faces 
were both minimums or both maximums.  Some codes rely 
on this unused element to determine the index normal 
at the interface, so the new file corrects this.
