The old versions of the grids that have been altered are no longer available. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grids in this directory were created at JAXA/APG. They are unstructured mixed element grids, created using TAS_Mesh and intended for node-centered flow solvers. The grids are made up of a mix of tetrahedra, prisms, pyramids. There are 3 grid levels for configuration 1 (coarse, medium, fine) and 1 grid level for configuration 8 (medium). Note that an "extra-fine" grid was NOT created for configuration 1. An additional (medium) grid was created for configuration 1 WITH BRACKETS INCLUDED. The grid sizes are as follows: Config 1: Fine: 37,163,377 nodes, 100,763,149 elements (40,672,666 Tetrahedra, 59,556,219 Prisms, 534,264 Pyramids) Medium: 14,861,296 nodes, 40,614,495 elements (16,906,297 Tetrahedra, 23,448,993 Prisms, 259,205 Pyramids) Coarse: 6,447,984 nodes, 17,660,243 elements ( 7,494,477 Tetrahedra, 10,067,044 Prisms, 98,722 Pyramids) Config 1 with brackets: Medium: 19,246,021 nodes, 53,510,492 elements (23,259,734 Tetrahedra, 29,932,802 Prisms, 317,956 Pyramids) Config 8: Medium: 14,843,271 nodes, 40,219,469 elements (16,368,799 Tetrahedra, 23,592,749 Prisms, 257,921 Pyramids) Further details are provided within each subdirectory.
