***NOTE: A problem was discovered with the original version of this grid on 6/17/2013.  
There was a very small unintended "kink" in the geometry at the outboard T.E. of the main element.
Downloads were disabled after the discovery.  Repaired files were posted and
re-enabled on 10/18/2013.
