These are the grids generated by GridTool/VGrid.
They are unstructured tetrahedral grids, designed for node-centered
CFD codes.  There is one grid level for Case 2 Config 4 (medium).
(This team also built grids for Case 1 (Config 2) and Case 3 (Config 5).)

The grid size is as follows:

Medium:      41,370,535 nodes (244,147,726 tetrahedra)

The Gridtool restart file (dlrf11_config4_hi-re_vgrid_v2.rst) is included.

1. Changes between v1 and v2:
The v2 grids replace v1.  The v1 grids mistakenly used a shifted geometry
file.  With v2, the shifts have been corrected and the grids
regenerated from scratch.
