Medium-level grids (as interpreted by the grid authors) for JSM with pylon/nacelle. 
There are two versions of the grids; one with a wake refinement zone (_withwake) and one without (_nowake).

with wake: 250,604,557 nodes; 64,146,223 cells

ccm  = StarCCM format
cgns = CGNS format

NOTE: the author's original naming of the actual grids has been retained.  However, please note that
these grids are globally referred to as:

   "a-JSM_UnstrPolyhedral_ANSA+StarCCM"

for the purpose of the workshop.
